Holiday Guests need to be able to use the Air Conditioning during their stay, in fact for many people it is a deciding factor when choosing the right property for their holidays. By having one of our Euro Saver Switches fitted in your property there are no restrictions on its use while the property is occupied.  The Euro Saver switch is wall mounted and controlled by a key that can only be removed in the OFF position and so the air conditioning unit will be switched off.
The key is kept on a Tamper Proof Key Ring with the front door key so effectively the air conditioning has to be switched off to enable the guests to take the front door key when they go out. This leaves the guests with full use of air conditioning while they are in the property but they cannot intentionally or unintentionally leave the unit running when they go out. At a time when we are all being urged to conserve energy to help protect the environment, there is a tremendous amount of waste in both monetary cost to owners and energy in holiday rental properties.
